Lanvin for H&M

Photobucket

After Lagerfeld, McCartney, Cavalli, Rykiel and Comme des Garçons, now it's time for the oldest luxury fashion house Lanvin to join forces with H&M. For more than ten decades, Lanvin has been known for its discreet elegance. Its timeless design, adapting the style of the eighteenth-century and ancient French romanticism to modern times, has made Lanvin one of the most prestigious labels in the fashion industry.

And now you can do a lot more than just drool in front of their store window displays. Starting November 20, Lanvin for H&M will be available at 200 H&M stores worldwide, both for women and men (yes, there will be huge queues). Thanks to Lanvin’s artistic director Alber Elbaz, and men's wear designer Lucas Ossendrijver, for letting us taste a bit of Lanvin. Nobody really knows what to expect because the complete collection will not be revealed to the world until September 9th. But one thing for sure - fasten your seat belt, because we're going the French way.
