I am always so excited to see jewelry that is simple, evokes the image of being tough, hard or dark yet still maintains a certain softness to it. Harakiri's jewelry definitely gives me that vibe. It's a throwback to the natural and what once was. There are skulls, bones, feathers and religious artifacts, but all done in a way that is unique to the line. Harakiri is a Montreal-based label designed by Mireille Boucher, who uses mainly sterling silver and 10-kt gold for her pieces.
