Fjallraven Unisex Kanken Classic Bags

Photobucket

Who can resist colour? I can't. That's why I post this, even though I've never been a big fan of backpacks and have always been insecure about wearing colors. But I guess one of the reasons so many people would definitely love Fjallraven’s classic Kanken bag collection from Sweden, is because they have more than 30 color options! Crazy.

More about this hard to pronounce brand: Fjallraven was founded in 1950 by Åke Nordi and named after the Arctic fox. Even I usually tend to overlook brands that specialize in outdoor clothing and traveling equipment. However, this collection goes up to the top in my most wanted list (if I ever need a backpack that is). Made of vinylon fabric, bright in colour, timeless in style, and being very European gives them that much more of an appeal. I saw one of my best friends wearing a yellow Kanken yesterday, and I strangely felt a Nordic vibe around him, even though he is actually Asian. Hmm... or maybe it's just me being weird. More pictures after the jump.
